Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered; we accept cash, check, Visa, Master card.
Many health services may be covered under your insurance plan; we will gladly provide you with an itemized bill to submit to your insurance company. Coverage varies widely by plan. Please check with your insurance carrier in advance of your appointment to determine which services will be covered, and if a referral from your primary care physician is required before scheduling services.
Due to the specialized nature of my services, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time or payment in full is due. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment.
- Please arrive 20 minutes in advance of your first scheduled appointment.
- Please arrive on time for your regularly scheduled appointments because I stay on time. If you are late, your time will be shortened, please do not expect a full session if you are late.
