I do apply tape in my practice.
The tape lifts the skin away from the muscle fascia – creating a space between the blood vessles, lymph, and nerves. It’s simple, it improves circulation of the blood and lymph allowing my patient’s to feel better and heal faster.
I use tape to reduce pain, muscle tension and swelling. It can also be used to increase strength, improve muscle performance and help hold the corrections we make in the office.
