After 30 years of being in private practice and teaching other Doctors, I put together the ‘Tucker 10’ low back exercises. If you need an exercise ‘tune up’ for your low back pain, the ‘Tucker 10’ exercises are a combination from exercises that are helping thousands of low back pain patients. Some of you know one, or two, or three of these exercises. I have experimented with all the various low back and core exercises, and the ‘Tucker 10’ is the combination of many routines (including Pilates, Egosgue, yoga, core, etc).
It takes three 30-minute exercise sessions with me to learn the low back corrections I call the ‘Tucker 10’.
